Check In Times
Monday - Friday  1p.m. until 9pm Hours outside of these times can be arranged on request.
Saturday/Sunday arrival times by arrangement
Extended check out times can be arranged at a small extra charge but generally by 11.a.m.

Minimum Stay Policy
At busy times of the year and some weekends we have a minimum stay policy of 2/3 nights

Breakfast Times
Mon-Fri 8.00 - 9.00 or by arrangement.  Breakfast in bed service is available. Special diets are catered for - please advise on booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation later than one week before arrival will incur one nights accommodation charge.  Reduction in days once you have arrived will be charged at the full booking price unless the room can be re-let. 

No Smoking Policy
This is a non smoking establishment, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.  Any damage other than normal wear and tear will be charged to the credit card that you used to make your booking.
Although we appreciate our furry friends - we do not allow pets at Brighton Villa.
